For portraits you should include the following information:

1. Who are you and Where (continent, country, address) does the model live and/or should the work be delivered?

2. What dimensions (head, head and shoulders, half, full...) do you have in mind for the portrait?

3. What technique (drawing, painting), materials, style do you want to see in the portrait ?

If possible: Have you found something similar on this site? If so: Please copy the image
and paste it in your mail or send it as an attachment.

4. Can the model sit at home or in the studio and if not: Do you have pictures, photographs?

5. On what date (deadline) should the portrait be finished or delivered?

Eddie Van Hoef will first examine the nature and the seriousness of your request and then give you the information you need at that moment: First of all you will find out if there is still room for a quick realization (The studio may be fully booked for a long period of time in which case your project may be on a waiting-list). Secondly the artist will tell you if what you are asking for can technically and from an artistic point of view be done by the studio or not and what the alternatives are. Last but not least finally you will get an indication of what the portrait will cost and how long it will take to finish it. It is then up to you to decide if you want to continue cooperating and take the next steps towards a concrete realization or not.
