For made to order works of art include the following information in your mail:

1. Who are you and Where (continent, country, city, location) should the work be painted or delivered?

2. What are the dimensions (form, height, width...) of the work of art you want to order?

3. What technique (drawing,painting), materials, style do you want to be used and especially:
What should be the general idea, the theme, the subject, story behind the work of art?

Essential: For a made to order work of art the basic idea is generally yours and the artist is not the
"inventor" of the work of art, he is the craftsman you need to technically realize your ideas.

4. Therefore: Do you have pictures, drawings, examples to illustrate and explain what you want?

5. On what date (deadline) should the work of art be finished or delivered?

Eddie Van Hoef will first examine the nature and seriousness of your request and then give you the information you need: First of all you will find out if there is still room for a quick realization (The studio may be fully booked for a long period of time in which case your project may be on a waiting-list). Secondly the artist will tell you if what you are asking for can technically and from an artistic point of view be done by the studio or not and last but not least you will get an indication of what the project will cost and how long it will take to finish the desired work of art. It is then up to you to decide if you want to take the next steps towards a concrete order or not.
